Over 30 years! As a global communication and leadership coach, I’ve helped leaders around the world rock it with my global communication skills. From coaching leaders to designing training programs, I’ve seen it all – cultural differences, global and remote team dynamics, the full spectrum.
It’s been an amazing ride, even with its ups and downs. I’m grateful to have lived and worked in places like India, Brazil, Mexico, and Venezuela!
I hold an M.A. in International Policy with a focus on culture (because, you know, communication!), a B.A. in International Studies, a CELTA certification from Cambridge University, and I’m a Fierce ® certified coach.

My Journey
In 2020, just as I felt at the height of my career, the Covid pandemic hit and turned everything upside down. I went from jet-setting around the world to sitting at home, training virtually. It was a tough transition that didn’t quite align with my passion and values. Feeling a bit lost but also sensing a new opportunity, I asked myself, “What’s next?” This moment led me to a new chapter where I’m grateful and honored to support others in their personal and professional journeys, just as I’ve been supported in mine.
I’m a lifelong learner, embracing growth and life’s lessons alongside everyone else. I prefer guiding from the side rather than being the sage on the stage. I’ve worked hard to accept myself as I am. I bring diverse life experiences from living on the road, world travel, and corporate work. I’m inspired by creativity in all its forms—especially music, art, and dance.
